First Steps Pregnancy Education Program

Our First Steps education program is a comprehensive series that allows us to get to know you before the big day arrives and to provide a foundation of knowledge to help ease the transition of becoming a new parent. We will be contacting you at various milestones throughout your pregnancy by sending you information in the mail. When you reach 36 weeks gestation, we will invite you to our hospital to talk about your birth expectations, provide education regarding labor and delivery, postpartum and newborn care and sign the necessary paperwork for your stay. Our goal is to make your birthing experience as enjoyable and relaxing as possible without the added anxiety of the unknown.
