Denise Rieck, MA, ATC
Denise received her Master’s in Athletic Training from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2007. In that same year, she joined Columbus Community Hospital. Denise works as a trainer at Athletic Republic. She also does Athletic Training outreach services to St. Edward High School, Fullerton High Schools and Central Community College. In her free time, Denise enjoys spending time with friends and family and outdoor activities.

Rob Marshall
Rob Marshall is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with a B.S. in Education. Rob has worked as an Athletic Trainer in the Columbus, Ne. area since 1995. He has worked with several out-patient Physical Therapy clinics, providing athletic training services for several local and area high schools.
Rob has been a member of the NATA, District V and the Nebraska State Athletic Trainers Association since 1995. He has served the NSATA as a committee chairman, vice-president and two terms as its president. Rob was honored by the NSATA in 2009 as their “George Sullivan” Athletic Trainer of the year. Rob has served 4 years on the District V Board of Directors and one year as their Vice-President. He has also served the NATA as a member of the Component Relations Team for the past year and a half.
Rob has two children Cyrus age 12 and Harper age 10. He is member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and volunteer with the United Way’s Big Pals/Little Pals organization. In 2009 he was honored by the United Way as their Big Pal of the year. He is an avid hunter and outdoorsman.

Mike Sloup, MHA, ATC
Mike Sloup, MHA, ATC, is a Certified Athletic Trainer for Columbus Community Hospital and Program Manager of Athletic Republic. Mike graduated from Midland Lutheran College in 1999 with a degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Athletic Training. Mike also completed his master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Bellevue University in 2005. Mike has been employed with Columbus Community Hospital since 2003. His athletic training duties take him to Columbus Lakeview High School and outreach coverage to Schuyler and David City High School. Mike enjoys volunteering in the state and district athletic training associations. He currently sits on the District V Board of Directors (MAATA) as the newsletter and website editor. In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and attending his sons’ sport activities.
